Privacy Policy

This policy explains how the personal data of visitors toconstruction.eurobuchberger.it is processed, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
1. Data controller
The data controller is Euro Buchberger, independent professional, based in Noventa Padovana (PD), Italy. To exercise your rights or ask about the processing of your data, write to privacy@eurobuchberger.it, use the site's contact form or the LinkedIn profile.
2. Categories of data processed
2.1 Data you provide through the contact form
When you send a request through the contact form, the following data entered in the form fields is processed: full name, email address, company/organisation (optional), message text and the interface language. This data is necessary to reply to your request.
2.2 Browsing data and technical logs
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc.). For content delivery and infrastructure security, Cloudflare processes, as a processor, technical data such as IP address, browser and operating system type, date and time of the request, the page requested and the referring URL. The controller does not use this data to identify visitors and does not combine it with other information.
2.3 Anti-abuse protection of the form (Cloudflare Turnstile)
The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a verification system that distinguishes human users from bots without requiring visual puzzles. To work, Turnstile analyses technical browser signals (for example IP address, user-agent, device characteristics and the way the page is interacted with). Cloudflare states that it does not use Turnstile for advertising or profiling purposes.
2.4 Email delivery (Brevo)
Messages sent through the form are delivered to the controller's inbox via the transactional email service Brevo (Sendinblue GmbH / Sendinblue SAS), which acts as a processor solely for email delivery.

Accepting this policy via the dedicated checkbox in the form is a condition for sending the request and confirms that you have read how your data is processed; it is not, in itself, consent to any further processing.
4. Cookies and local storage
The site does not use profiling cookies, third-party analytics, advertising pixels or social plugins. Fonts are served directly from the site and do not trigger requests to external servers.
Cloudflare may set strictly necessary technical cookies for security (for example __cf_bm, for automated-traffic management). Turnstile may temporarily store in the browser information needed to complete the check. These tools do not track browsing activity for marketing purposes.
5. Recipients of the data
Data may be processed by the following parties, as processors or independent controllers:
- Cloudflare, Inc. — site hosting, content delivery network, DNS and the Turnstile service;
- Brevo (Sendinblue GmbH / SAS) — delivery of emails generated by the contact form.
Data is not disclosed or sold to third parties for commercial purposes.
6. Transfers outside the EU
Using Cloudflare may involve transferring data to the United States. Such transfers are based on the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission and/or the provider's certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, with supplementary measures where necessary. Brevo processes data within the European Union.
7. Retention period
- Contact-form messages: kept for as long as necessary to handle the request and any professional relationship that follows; where there is no follow-up, deleted within 12 months of the last contact.
- Technical logs and security data: kept for the period defined by the providers' policies (typically a few days for edge logs), unless needed to investigate abuse or to meet legal obligations.
8. Your rights
At any time you may exercise the rights set out in Articles 15–22 GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection to processing based on legitimate interest, data portability and — where processing is based on consent — withdrawal of consent without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand. Requests can be sent to privacy@eurobuchberger.it or through the contact form.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. In Italy this is the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, Piazza Venezia 11, 00187 Rome — garanteprivacy.it.
9. Whether providing data is mandatory
Providing the data marked as required in the contact form is necessary to act on your request: without it, a reply is not possible. The "company/organisation" field is optional.
10. Minors
The site is not directed at children under 16 and does not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If a parent or guardian believes a minor has provided data, they may request its deletion using the contacts above.
11. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated to reflect legal or organisational changes. The date shown at the top indicates the latest revision; please check back periodically.
