Profile
More than 40 years of professional experience, including over 25 years directing Construction, Fit-Out, Refurbishment, Workplace, Banking, Retail, Luxury Retail, Hospitality and Technology Infrastructure projects.
I have worked across the full project ecosystem: as Client-side / Owner's Representative, as Project Manager for General Contractors, as operational lead for Delivery Providers and as Construction Consultant. This lets me understand the priorities of clients, designers, contractors, suppliers and end users, and translate them into coordinated on-site execution.
My strongest contribution is where delivery is at risk: non-negotiable opening dates, multi-contractor complexity, fragmented decision-making, technical obstacles or projects that have lost momentum. I rapidly identify the real constraints, establish operational priorities and drive the project through to completion and handover.
My earlier technical career in scientific instrumentation, diagnostics, FT-IR, high-vacuum and plasma technologies also provides a strong foundation for laboratory and research facility projects, where construction delivery and technical environments intersect.
Available for international assignments, particularly Contract / Interim / Temporary mandates of approximately 3–6 months, with direct on-site presence and worldwide travel.
